THE VOICES AND THE VOICE

There are many voices in this world and these voices are strategically channeled and organized by the god of this world to stop people from hearing the real VOICE that will profit their souls and destinies. God is speaking expressly at this time but only few are listening to hear from Him, you need to note that God speaks from the depths and you can’t really hear God’s voice if you don’t go deep into God through quality fellowship with Him. Most Christians of today are too shallow in their walk with God! We must enter into the deepest chamber of God where the only thing you will hear is God’s Voice.

Now, let’s analyze what I mean by “the voices”, they include: Your own voice, the voice of the people around you, the voices from the TV, from Radio, from Internet, from books and publications you read, from newspapers and magazines, from preachers and so on. The voices include everything that ever passes through your external ears or eyes into your mind! But the confusion of this generation is the fact that we pay so much attention to the voices than to the Voice. Even as we hear these voices, we should be looking for the Voice in them such that if God is not in them or they speak not according to what God has said, we should shut them up immediately or delete them from our minds. You can’t hear from the world and God at the same time, you must disconnect from one to connect to the other. Also, you must be able to identify God’s voice when He speaks – But how can you identify God’s voice when you have no close relationship with Him?!

Additionally, there are demonic voices that Christians are not supposed to listen to, every voice that speaks contrary to Faith is a demonic voice. Every voice that penetrates into your mind to promote fear, doubts, unbelief, anger, pride, lusts, blasphemy, disobedience and false prophecies is a demonic voice, and you should cast them out from your mind immediately. There are some prophets who are no longer hearing from God but from demons, So, be careful not to just accept and believe what anyone claims to hear in the Spirit for you. Jesus said my sheep hears my voice and they follow me, Christians of today need to take time to fellowship with Christ and look for His voice! If truly Jesus is in you, then you can hear His voice deep in your heart or spirit, if Jesus is the Word of God, then you can find His voice as you study and meditate on the Bible…If you have not yet found God’s voice, you will remain confused, troubled, misled and deceived! The Voice of God is the standard we must use to judge every other voices.

IT IS NOT TOO BIG IF YOU SHUT DOWN YOUR TV PROGRAMMES AND MOVIE CHANNELS FOR ONE MONTH BECAUSE YOU WANT TO FIND GOD’S VOICE!! IT IS NOT TOO MUCH IF YOU DISCONNECT YOURSELF FROM FRIENDS, RELATIVES AND EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES AND DISTRACTIONS BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SPEND SOME QUALITY TIME WITH THE LORD!!

Our problem is, we are too busy with these other voices such that we can no longer discern God’s Voice – When will you know your God?!!! Amen.
