THE POWER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

I saw that Righteousness is not only needed to make Heaven, it is also powerful enough to achieve many things here on earth. Now, when we preach righteousness and holiness, we are not only trying to do God good but most importantly, we are trying to ourselves good because this Righteousness will profit us much more than it will profit God. Do you know that if you live a righteous life, your life will naturally attract God’s favour, God’s mercy, God’s healing, God’s grace, God’s blessings, God’s prosperity and God’s presence. And if the favour of God is upon your life, there’s nothing you will lay your hands upon that will not prosper! Sometimes, the solution to your problems is that “you should start living a righteous life”.

What is Righteousness? I will simply define righteousness as “Doing all things right before God”. Bible also said that righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach! I saw that our righteousness has a way of affecting our environment, if you practice righteousness, all that God created will work in your favour but if you practice unrighteousness and sin, all the creatures will work against you on the day of God’s judgment!! So, you can see that you don’t only need righteousness to make Heaven, you also need it to fulfill your destiny on earth.

YOU CAN HAVE YOUR OWN WAY OF LIVING BUT YOUR LIFE CAN NEVER BE MEANINGFUL TO YOUR GENERATION IF YOU DON’T EMBRACE GOD’S RIGHTEOUSNESS!!! Amen
