THE GREATNESS OF HIS NAME (2)

A former agent of Satan told us of a situation that happened during one of his visits to Satan, he said Satan was so concerned about why some of them weren’t successful in the missions he gave them, So, this man replied to Satan and said “It’s because of one popular Man most Christians are talking about”, and Satan became curious and said “Which person is that?”, the man then replied and said “they call his name JESUS”—Immediately the man mentioned the name Jesus, he saw Satan fell down from his throne forcefully…And Satan looked at him with fierce anger and warned the man to never mention that name in his meeting again if he wishes to live. I now began to wonder, if the name of Jesus is so powerful that it can’t be mentioned in the dark kingdom, Why does it appear as though it’s not as powerful here on earth as it should be?, I mean sometimes we use the same NAME against demons and demonic situations here on earth and it looks as if it’s not working on them—This shall lead us to other reasons why this could happen:

3) YOU DO NOT PRAY ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD. Before Jesus went up into heaven, He told the apostles that if they asked the Father anything in his name that they would have it, and it happened exactly like that, everywhere they went, His name was working wonders, however, after Jesus went up into heaven, the apostles continued in ministry and discovered that it is not just about “anything we ask in prayer”, it is actually more about “anything we ask according to the will of God” (1John 5:14). Therefore, our concern in prayer should focus more on discovering the will of God in all situations and yielding to the Holy Spirit to help us pray according to God’s will. If you command things to happen in Jesus’ name while you are in the flesh and for fleshly reasons, you are not likely to see any results, but if you do the same while in the Spirit and for the glory of God’s Kingdom, you are more likely to see great results! Praying according to the will of God involves praying in tongues, praying with Scriptures, and praying and fasting as led, moved, influenced, inspired and directed by the Holy Spirit.

4) BECAUSE YOU DOUBTED AND FEARED. When Jesus was teaching the disciples how to work miracles, He told them that they can command a mountain to move from one place to another if they believe and doubt not, and at another place He told them that when they pray, they should believe they had already received the answers to the prayers, and this is when they will receive the answers. So, if you pray in the name of Jesus with doubts in your heart, you will definitely not see any miracle manifest because your doubts shall weaken the anointing and energy that is supposed to produce the miracle. Also, many of us usually have this fear of “what if I pray and nothing happens?” and “Am I strong enough for this battle, Am I powerful enough? and “Would prayer alone solve this problem?”, But the truth is, you belong to the most powerful Kingdom ever that does not fail and is not weak, it is not your own power that will make things happen, it is the Power of God, and all you needed to do is to believe, declare, request, command and wait to see what God will do through your prayer. The word of God is faithful and does not lie.

5) BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW HIS NAME. God has a lot of names and most of these names were revealed as men saw the acts of God, the names of God doesn’t only reveal who He is but also reveals what He does and what He can do. I saw that if you have not come to the knowledge of certain things God can practically do or perform in your life, you are not likely to see Him do that for you, For instance, if you don’t know and believe that the name of Jesus can literally put money into your bank account while you never told anyone you needed money or to send you money, then you might never witness this kind of miracle in your life.

Also, some people believe God can heal diseases but they concluded in their hearts that there are some diseases and infirmities that God can no longer permanently heal or remove, and this is why many of them will never witness such healing miracle happen in their lives. Your difficult situations are meant to reveal the greatness of the name of Jesus because the Lord wants to glorify Himself in your situation such that you will come out victorious and successful through the Power of God. The more the possibilities in His name you have known, the more the wonders you will see His name do for you.

THE BIBLE SHOWED US HOW GOD HAS HIGHLY EXALTED JESUS AND HAS GIVEN HIM A NAME THAT RULES OVER EVERY OTHER NAMES, THIS IMPLIES THAT EVERYTHING THAT IS CREATED OR EXISTED MUST LISTEN, OBEY AND SURRENDER TO THE NAME OF JESUS—IF THEY WON’T DO IT WILLINGLY, THEY MUST DO IT FORCEFULLY!!

I DISCOVERED THAT EVERYTHING CREATED AND EXISTING IN HEAVEN, ON EARTH AND UNDER THE EARTH HAS BEEN DIVINELY CONFIGURED TO ANSWER TO THE NAME OF JESUS, THEREFORE IF JESUS EVER NEEDED ANYTHING OR IF YOU AS A CHRISTIAN EVER NEEDED ANYTHING, THOSE THINGS SHALL RESPOND AND COME IMMEDIATELY TO YOU AT THE MENTION OF HIS NAME!!! Hallelujah!!! What a Glorious Name we have in Jesus!!!! Amen.
