DOES GOD HAVE EVIL SPIRITS?

I will like to open your eyes to certain things through this post, I know many of us have been so one sided about God, we say “God is good, God is merciful, God is love, etc” but we neglect other biblical facts that proves that God is terrible, fearful and highly destructive or consuming. There are several things that were attributed to God in the Scriptures that weren’t nice at all, For instance, God commanded Saul to go and destroy every living thing in the land of the Amalekites, God was so furious with those people such that He wouldn’t spare the pregnant women and little children, He wanted all of them dead—So, God was completely merciless against the Amalekites.

Some of you will say “Well, that is old testament, we are now under Grace and God is always good” but we have forgotten that God does not change, His nature does not change and His sense of judgment and justice remains the same forever. And there’s no place in the Scriptures that says God has changed and can no longer do some things because we are now under Grace! Now, when I asked the question “Does God have evil spirits?”, I mean Does God have evil spirits He uses to carry out evil, deadly and dangerous operations?—According to the Scriptures, the answer is YES. In 1Samuel 16:14, Bible said God sent evil spirits to trouble King Saul and in 1Kings 22:19-22, a prophet said he saw a spirit come before God in heaven and said he is going to become a lying spirit to deceive King Ahab into his destruction, and God approved it (because it was God who was looking for who will deceive Ahab). God also spoke in Isaiah 45:7 that He create darkness and create evil, and this implies that God in His Righteousness sometimes does evil and terrible things to command or enforce righteousness among His people. Therefore, it is God’s Righteousness and Justice to carry out terrible and consuming operations in the earth.

Now, what is the implication of this fact about God?, Firstly, we need to note that God is a personality that is to be feared, honored and obeyed, Apostle Paul wrote that it is a terrible thing to fall into the hand of the Almighty. Let us stop taking the Grace of God for granted, I understood that God is more dreadful in this dispensation of Grace than He was in the dispensation of the law—How do I know this?, You know that the people under the law are being judged according to what they do and what they don’t do but here under the Grace, we will be judged even according to the thoughts and imaginations of our hearts. Also, here under Grace, I have seen God harden the hearts of people who have chosen to be evil and sinful until they willingly walked into their destructions. Secondly, God can directly assign spirits or angels to perform dangerous missions in the earth because God is provoked to anger and must pour out his wrath in judgment—And God will do this without mercy. Thirdly, God can hand over people to Satan for them to be dealt with for a season, He does this either to test for the love and faithfulness of such people (as in the case of Job) or to let Satan destroy them completely.

I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE WHO ARE UNDER GOD’S JUDGMENT SUCH THAT WHENEVER I TRY TO PRAY OR GIVE TO THEM, THE LORD WILL WARN ME NOT TO TRY IT BECAUSE THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNDER HIS JUDGMENT!! SOMEBODY SAID IF DEVIL IS AGAINST YOU, YOU WILL GO TO GOD FOR HELP BUT WHEN GOD IS AGAINST YOU, WHERE DO YOU GO?…LET US WATCH HOW WE LIVE AND WALK BEFORE GOD, YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT GOD IS FAR MORE TERRIBLE THAN THOUSANDS OF HOSTS OF DARKNESS COMBINED!!! God is to be feared forever!!!! Amen.
