HOW GOD’S KINGDOM COMES

The Lord told me that His Kingdom doesn’t come into the earth as something the earth can contain, we shouldn’t see it as an object that drops down from heaven into the earth, He said we should see it as something that came down and swallow up the whole earth into itself because it is too greater than the earth

And for the Kingdom of God to swallow up the whole earth (including everything therein), it implies that God’s Kingdom already prevailed over the world. The Bible showed us that the Kingdom of God has come upon us and also that the Kingdom of God is within us. We are not in a Kingdom that is just trying to prevail, the Kingdom is not just trying to take over the earth and the governments of the earth, the Kingdom of God already prevailed over them all! The Kingdom of God already prevailed over everything and everyone

Luke 11:20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. 21 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: 22 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

One day the Pharisees asked Jesus, “When will the Kingdom of God come?” Jesus replied, “The Kingdom of God can’t be detected by visible signs. You won’t be able to say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘It’s over there!’ For the Kingdom of God is already among you. ”

Luke 17:20-21 NLT

You know, I had believed for so many years that the Kingdom of God is a future place and a future thing until the Holy Spirit began to change my mindset recently, I thought when we talk about God’s Kingdom, we mean a Place we should get ready to enter after we die and leave this earth (though this is true but it’s more than that), I found out that it’s not a place we are going to enter, it’s a place we have already entered. When Jesus Christ came into the world, He did two major things, 1) He brought down a Kingdom and 2) He showed us how to enter therein.

Those who died and went to hell had already denied and offended the Kingdom of God before they died, otherwise, we are not supposed to go to hell after entering into the Kingdom!

So, the Kingdom of God or the Kingdom of heaven has been here on earth since the days of Jesus Christ and we see it not, yes, the Kingdom has been here and we fail to enter into it all these years! We were waiting for a Kingdom that has already come upon us and had already overthrown, overpowered and captured the entire world under its control.

The Spirit of God keep saying to me “Look, the Kingdom is here and the Church is not seeing it, the Kingdom is here and the Church has not entered”

When Jesus was talking to Nicodemus in John Chapter three, He mentioned about “being born again” and linked it with “seeing God’s Kingdom”, and He also linked being born again with “entering into God’s Kingdom”. I had thought for many years that Jesus was referring to a future Kingdom in that Bible passage but recently I realized that Jesus was simply telling Nicodemus something like this “Look here, I have come with an invisible Kingdom and you can’t see it unless you are born again, also, you can’t enter into it if you are not born again”

After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. “Rabbi,” he said, “we all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you.” Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” “What do you mean?” exclaimed Nicodemus. “How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?” Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.

John 3:2-5 NLT

The Kingdom of God begins from inside of you and from here on earth, in the above passage, it is obvious that Jesus wasn’t speaking of God’s Kingdom as only a future thing, in fact, He was plainly declaring to the Jewish leader why He had come from heaven and why He does those miraculous signs.

Jesus Christ linked His signs and wonders to the Kingdom of God on earth, meaning that miracles happen because the Kingdom of God already prevailed in everything and everyone…Remember that He said “If I cast out devils, then it means that the Kingdom of God has come upon you”

This teaching is so important to the Church at this time because I see that a lot of us have so much belittle and undermine the Kingdom of God, we have secretly concluded in our hearts that this world is under Devil’s ownership and control and there’s nothing God can do about it, we see God’s Kingdom as “trying to prevail on earth” when it has actually prevailed forever. We keep seeing what the devil and his agents are doing on earth but we are not seeing what the Lord and His angels are doing right now in the earth. Inasmuch as darkness seems to have covered and filled the whole earth, there’s a very great Light that has also filled the whole earth, but it’s painful that majority of us are not seeing this Light

Isaiah 6:3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

This implies that inside a great and thick darkness is also a great and powerful Light that is going to arise upon us Christians. What many of you are seeing and kept on seeing is the darkness that has filled the world at this time, and the reason is because “you are not yet completely born again”, when you are completely transformed into the new creature you are in Christ Jesus, you will now start seeing the Light that is inside the darkness of this world, you will now start seeing that the Kingdom of God actually surrounds you and everything you do on daily basis…It takes transformation or being born again to see the Kingdom of God that is here on earth

The Bible says God commanded Light to shine out of darkness, the Bible also says that the Light shines in darkness and the darkness cannot extinguish it (Or has not understood it), meaning that the Light could survive in darkness for so long that darkness can’t shut it down, they can’t understand it and can’t even see it

Therefore, the fact that what you first see is darkness doesn’t mean that there’s no light there, the fact that you first saw the operations of the kingdom of darkness doesn’t mean the Kingdom of God and its operations are not there

In conclusion, majority of us Christians are suffering today because we think that the Kingdom of God is weak or not enough for us, we see God’s kingdom as not enough to take care of us, make us prosperous, make us rich and wealthy, make us joyful and happy, give us healing, health, deliverance and victories…etc, and that is why we stopped seeking God’s Kingdom (as instructed in Matt. 6:33), we keep seeking the things of this world and we never get them, this is because the way to have the good things of this world is not by seeking for them, it is by seeking the Kingdom of God and the lifestyle of God’s Kingdom (which is God’s Righteousness)

We feel better to be called citizens of this world (such as citizens of USA, EUROPE, ETC) than to be called citizens of God’s Kingdom, when you do not accept and embrace the citizenship of God’s Kingdom, why do you expect to receive, enjoy and possess the commonwealth of God’s Kingdom!

So, you think God’s Kingdom cannot feed you?, You are wrong. Jesus said we should ask God to give us daily bread, also, God fed the Israelites with food (manna) prepared by angels in the wilderness, God made food items multiply to feed a family for many months during a famine season, God made money appear in the mouth of a fish…What else can’t God’s Kingdom do?!

You see, a time is coming very soon where even the government of your nation will fail you, yes, including the government of developed countries, and your survival must come supernaturally or else you will die. Also, a time is coming when the Antichrist would have captured all the economy of the world and it will be either you receive the mark of the beast (666) or you look for another source of feeding and drinking!

If there’s any time we need to get awakened from our sleep and darkness and deceptions and start seeking God’s Kingdom with great faith and trust, that time is NOW!!…To be continued.
