THIS BODY OF SIN

Many times we Christians do not understand what it means to be born again, and in so doing, we do not give our bodies what it deserves. At Salvation, you need to know that our old man has been crucified with Christ and the only thing that our body deserve is DEATH or DESTRUCTION (Romans 6:6), I do not mean you physically killing yourself but that you kill the sinful passions flowing through your body.

Now, when Jesus gave up the ghost on the Cross for you and I, it symbolizes that our old man or adamic nature or sinful nature was completely destroyed by divine authority, and we must reckon ourselves dead unto sin (Romans 6:11). The body has become a centre of attraction, focus and concentration in the lives of many believers today and we see it as something to serve, please and satisfy rather than something to deny, forsake and kill.

IF THE LIFE OF CHRIST WILL FLOW THROUGH YOU, THE BODY OF SIN MUST BE CONTINUALLY PUT TO DEATH!!

ONE OF THE THINGS THAT IS HINDERING THE TRANSFORMATION AND MATURITY OF MANY CHRISTIANS INTO THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST IS THE FACT THAT WE HAVE BECOME SLAVES TO THE RULING FORCE IN OUR FLESH OR BODIES!!! This body of sin must die!!!! Amen.
