HOW GOD’S KINGDOM COMES (2)

Now, I need to mention that God’s Kingdom didn’t come into the earth only at the time when the Lord Jesus Christ walked the earth, the Kingdom of God has been ruling the earth since the time of Adam and Eve. God did not just create the earth and put human beings inside and then went into hiding, No. God created the earth and every creature on earth and He stays very closely with everything He created. Though God will not force humans to do His will but He still controls the systems of the world and executes judgment on His enemies and the disobedient…Though, most of God’s judgment doesn’t manifest immediately but they always come

For this has been decreed by the messengers ; it is commanded by the holy ones, so that everyone may know that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world. He gives them to anyone he chooses— even to the lowliest of people.”

Daniel 4:17 NLT

The Scriptures shows us in many instances how the actions of men on earth affects God in heaven, So, if your actions and thoughts so much affect God in heaven, then it means God and His Kingdom are not far from the earth as against what many people think, Heaven is so close to us. The first time God would destroy the entire world, it was because the wickedness of mankind rose up to a point where God could no longer bear or contain them, then He proceeded to destroy the whole world save Noah and his family

The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart. And the Lord said, “I will wipe this human race I have created from the face of the earth. Yes, and I will destroy every living thing—all the people, the large animals, the small animals that scurry along the ground, and even the birds of the sky. I am sorry I ever made them.” But Noah found favor with the Lord .

Genesis 6:5-8 NLT

Another thing to note is that, The Kingdom of God is strong enough to physically prevail on earth and establish itself among men with great Power and Authority even if there are thousands of nations opposing it.

For instance, God specifically raised up Abraham and began to make great covenants and promises with him (not that Abraham ever prayed for those blessings), God just by Himself began to promise him and his descendants great blessings and properties that includes lands currently being owned by certain people

God’s Kingdom began to threaten the kingdoms of the world since the time God called Abraham and continued with Isaac and then Jacob (whose name was changed to Israel) until Israel grew in number and strength and in armed forces, and God began to use the nation of Israel to uproot many nations and kingdoms that were on those lands that God promised Abraham. Imagine some armed people come to you in your own country where you considered yourself to be an indigene and citizen and these people said “The land you are staying does not belong to you, God already promised our ancestors this land many years ago”, I’m sure you will feel like “Are you guys insane?”

That is exactly how the Kingdom of God take over the earth, once the Kingdom has come to prevail, it doesn’t negotiate with those opposing it, it will utterly destroy them and then establish itself. Therefore, the establishment of the nation of Israel was a practical example of how God’s Kingdom prevails physically on earth

Also, God told the Israelites saying “I didn’t give you the lands of these people because you deserve them (you have always been a disobedient and stiffnecked people), I gave you their lands because of the wickedness they practiced on the land against Me and because I promised your ancestors to give them as a possession”. Meaning that God used the Israelites to execute His judgment on those nations who had sinned against Him for many years…

We should learn from here that the Kingdom of God is against every nation that is against God and practice unrighteousness and that sooner or later, the wrath of God will come upon such nations if they fail to repent

“Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, for the people I am driving out before you have defiled themselves in all these ways. Because the entire land has become defiled, I am punishing the people who live there. I will cause the land to vomit them out. You must obey all my decrees and regulations. You must not commit any of these detestable sins. This applies both to native-born Israelites and to the foreigners living among you. “All these detestable activities are practiced by the people of the land where I am taking you, and this is how the land has become defiled. So do not defile the land and give it a reason to vomit you out, as it will vomit out the people who live there now.

Leviticus 18:24-28 NLT

Let it be known to everyone of you that before Rapture, the Anger of God must sweep across many nations of the earth that has forgotten God and opposing God, God will mercilessly destroy lives and properties and turn these nations into desolate lands. God will do such terrible things that has never happened on earth before and He will not stop until He has totally destroyed His enemies!

Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Before I round off the teaching, let me also encourage you with this, You see, the promises of God for you are non negotiable, God doesn’t need the consent of anyone before He brings to pass His promises (or prophecies) for your life. God’s promises are not at the mercy of men, meaning that, He doesn’t need the permission of human beings or demons before He does what He has said concerning your life. It doesn’t matter the kind of government that is currently ruling in your country at the moment, it doesn’t matter the current economy status of your country, God has already prevailed in all the systems of this world such that it is too easy for Him to do as He has said concerning you

The government of God’s Kingdom is so powerful that it can give you anything your life and destiny need whether anybody likes it or not. If God says you will travel out of your country to a foreign land and then it appears as if the government of that country does not want grant anyone visa to come in, the Kingdom of God is so vast that it will break that barrier and get you into that country without stress. The problem with the Christians of today is that we limit God so much and we try to help God do what only God can do, we have not learnt to wait on God.

Is it the will of God that you continue to suffer without becoming what He wants you to become?, NO. Anything that is not the will of God for your life shouldn’t continue to prevail, don’t feel comfortable with what is not God’s plan for your life, pray the will of God into manifestation in your life

Two things that I found out to thwart God’s will for man’s life are, 1) The desire to do your own will and walk in your own ways (thereby neglecting God’s will and God’s ways)

2) Failure to live the Life of Christ which is God’s Righteousness. We have embraced carnality and worldliness so much in this generation.

Also, we are not selfless, we do not seek the interests of God’s Kingdom, we’ve always been seeking to please ourselves and to please men
