HOLY GHOST PRAYERS AND PRAYING IN TONGUES—WARRIOR SKILLS 

Sometime ago I was asking the Lord saying “How can I get my online followers to the place where they are filled with the Holy Ghost and can pray in tongues?”, and the Lord replied and said “Show them how it happened to you, show them the process”, So, I am going to be showing you my own experience with Holy Ghost prayers and tongues, and I trust that you will be inspired and imparted with such a faith that will connect you with the realm of prayer God wants you to function in

Firstly, you need to know that there’s a difference between praying in tongues and praying in the Spirit, though there’s a connection linking the two, and the connection is that, Praying in tongues is a type of Praying in the Spirit or I should say it is one of the ways through which we pray in the Spirit—Meaning that there are other ways through which we pray in the Spirit. Any prayer you pray and that prayer agrees with the will of God for that moment you prayed is actually a HOLY GHOST PRAYER, Or any prayer you pray by the leading and direction of the Holy Spirit Or any prayer you allowed the Holy Spirit to pray out through you, is Holy Ghost prayers. Therefore, from my own experience, I grew from the realm of Holy Ghost prayers to the realm of Holy Ghost tongues

Some of you might be asking, what are other ways of praying in the Spirit, I have actually talked about some, and I will still talk about more, they include: Praying out Scriptures (especially God’s promises for His children), Praying according to divine revelations you have received from the Lord, Prophetic prayers etc.

But now I want to really focus on how you can easily grow from Holy Ghost prayers (which I have explained above) to the realm of praying in powerful tongues. You need to agree with me that there’s a measure of the Holy Spirit within every believer that is born again and you do not have the Holy Spirit only on the day you spoke or prayed in tongues, the Holy Spirit has been in you since the day you received Jesus Christ into your life, and this Holy Spirit is so much interested in your prayer life, He seriously wants to get involved in your prayer life and once you let Him, you will be surprised by how He would help you to pray correctly and victoriously

For instance, Jesus Christ already imparted the Holy Spirit on the apostles before they eventually spoke with tongues (after they waited for it for many days). Jesus appeared to them after He had resurrected from the grave and breathed on them saying “Receive the Holy Spirit”, I personally believe that they got the Spirit at that time but they must wait until they enter into the realm of the Power of the Holy Spirit, which is where “real tongues of fire” manifest. Whenever I speak or pray in tongues, there’s always Power and Fire, tongues is a product of and a trigger of Fire and Power, So, if you are speaking in tongues and there’s no power flow, then it’s not yet the real tongues—I know that the church of God today is full of people with fake tongues and weak tongues. And this is why I am training you in such a way that when you begin to pray in tongues, your own tongues will be different

John 20:21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

Now, sharing my experience, you see, from the first time I began to Ask God to fill me with the Holy Spirit, I noticed that I didn’t receive any tongues, I didn’t find myself pray or speak in tongues, to me, I believe nothing happened, So, I kept on praying for Holy Ghost baptism.

But the truth is that, something happened to me, the Holy Ghost had come upon me then and I didn’t know, how did I know that something happened to me?, From that time onwards, anytime I pray, I would feel a urge rise from within me compelling me not to pray from my mind but pray the words that the Spirit puts on my mouth and I obeyed this leading and would just open my mouth in faith and I will suddenly see myself praying with English words and sentences that are very powerful (note that English is my dominant language, I can express myself more in English), So, I wasn’t praying in tongues but I was praying with English words that wasn’t coming from my head and they were making great sense to me and they were very powerful, and I continued to do this for many days and weeks

Then on one day as I was in church praying in the same manner, I suddenly noticed that my tongue was changing, a new tongue was trying to come out of my mouth, I suddenly stopped praying (because I thought it was coming from my head) but the Spirit encouraged me to continue in that new tongue and that was how I spoke with other tongues and through the same faith I had been using to pray, I saw the new tongue grew to become DIFFERENT KINDS OF TONGUES and they become more powerful

From my experience above, you will discover that I had first of all allowed the Holy Spirit to take over my prayer life and I had reduced praying from my head to praying according to the utterances of the Holy Spirit, and thereafter the Holy Spirit glorified Himself in me and began to give me powerful tongues. So, not many believers are likely to start praying in tongues from the moment the Spirit comes upon them but every believer can grow to the point where you will not only pray with tongues but you will pray in powerful tongues that will change your life and calling and destiny forever

The question is, Does God answer prayers?, the answer is YES. So, if you believe God answer prayers, then you should believe that God has already answered your prayer concerning you getting filled with the Holy Spirit, all you need to do now is to let the Holy Spirit enter into your prayer life and take charge of your prayer life such that you no longer pray from your head but from your spirit (because the Spirit is giving you utterance)

Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

This implies that if I ask God to fill me with the Holy Spirit right now, according to the Scriptures, I shall receive it. And now that I believe that I have received it, what am I waiting for, the next thing is to release myself to the Holy Spirit and let Him pray through me, I just need to open my mouth and start thanking God and let the Holy Spirit fill it with HOLY GHOST PRAYERS!

Luke 11:10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

I am going to round off this session with this testimony of a Sister who read an article I wrote sometime ago where I taught on this same things, she said she began to apply this faith principle I had explained and she saw her prayer life grow to become very powerful, and she saw many battles won.

The Power in praying in tongues is not in the fact that you spoke in some “beautiful tongues” that sounded very nice to the ears, the Power is in the fact that you spoke as the Spirit gave you utterances, therefore, every tongue out there that is not by the Spirit’s utterance is a fake, weak, fireless and powerless tongue!
