BUILD YOUR ORIGINALITY

In this generation, I have seen people, both adults and youths living a fake life and they seem to be happy doing that. These people try to “copy others” or “become like others” because they feel they can’t achieve the same success their role models achieved if they don’t strive to become just like them. God has never created two people to look exactly the same, even identical twins don’t have the same characters, attitudes and preferences.

Let us stop riding on other people’s fame! Why not take time to build your own originality?! I am not against those successful people who are now famous and influential in their fields of careers, in fact, I do appreciate and celebrate them. However, I don’t want to become LIKE THEM, I want to become exactly what God wants me to become. There’s a picture of you in the heart of God and every time God looks upon you from heaven, He keeps crosschecking the “present you” with the picture of you He has in His mind, but if you are now becoming something different from what God has prearranged concerning you, then I wonder how you will fulfill your destiny.

If you have a calling or gift or talent from God, try as much as possible to STAY UNIQUE to your own style. You can learn from those who had gone ahead of you in that field of career but it is wrong for you to want to pattern your life to look like theirs… Somebody said “if we don’t follow their styles and do it the way they do theirs, we can’t be famous or win the hearts of the crowds” but I see this as a deception of the devil! That you are famous and widely accepted by people doesn’t mean you are fulfilling your destiny, that I am not famous doesn’t mean I am not successful. As long as I am doing what God has called me to do for His Kingdom, it doesn’t matter whether I’m famous or not. True ministry is not about being a public figure, it is about touching lives, becoming a source of blessings to people, and transforming lives for better.

WHAT THE WHOLE WORLD NEED AT THIS TIME IS NOT THE “FAKE YOU” BUT THE “REAL YOU”! GOD IS NOT GOING TO BLESS THE WORKS YOU DID THROUGH IMITATION OR COMPETITION…THE DAY YOU STOP BECOMING ORIGINAL IS THE DAY YOUR REAL GIFT OR TALENT WILL STOP GROWING!! It is better to be unknown on earth and be well known in heaven. Be wise!!! Amen.
