HOW TO SPEND MONEY

I felt I should share with you some personal teachings the Holy Spirit taught me on spending money correctly. Below are the points:

1) RULE AND NOT BE RULED BY MONEY. The Lord said “Use money to get things you need and not let money show you the things to spend it on”. And sometimes I discovered that the things you need are not actually the things you want to buy, we most times spend a lot on satisfying our lusts and pride than on things that have a lasting value. If you are confused about doing this, you should probably spend some time to pray and ask God to show you the things you should do with your money.

2) USE MONEY TO GET THE BEST AND NOT SUBSTANDARD THINGS. Many times, some Christians go for cheap things that are substandard because they are trying to manage their resources but this is not right. Whenever you ask God to bless or provide for you, God will bless you to get the best and not something with low value, therefore do not use God’s best to get substandard things.

3) DISCOVER WHY GOD BLESSED YOU WITH MONEY AND USE THE MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE. The Lord told me that “If you don’t use money on its purpose, you will soon stop getting divine supply”, we must stop diverting God’s blessings into things against the purpose for the blessing.

4) DO NOT SPEND WHEN YOU ARE GREEDY. Greediness means trying to have more than you should have. Therefore, make sure you do not spend when you sense Greediness in your heart.

YOU MUST NOTE THAT WHEN YOU SPEND WRONGLY, YOU ARE INDIRECTLY FEEDING THE DARK KINGDOM WITH YOUR RESOURCES!! DON’T YOU KNOW THAT MONEY IS A WEAPON?—LET US USE IT TO DEFEAT THE DARK KINGDOM AND PROMOTE GOD’S KINGDOM!!! Be Wise. Amen.
