THE RIVER AND THE RAIN

This is a continuation of “The Anointing” teaching series. Today’s teaching is meant to harmonize the connection between the anointing within and the anointing upon. I will liken the anointing within a Christian as “The River” and the one that comes upon a Christian as “The Rain”, Jesus Christ said in the Scriptures that those who believe on Him shall have rivers of living waters flow out of their bellies (or spirits) – This is a symbol of the anointing within us. Also, Bible mentioned about God pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh in these last days, and this can be likened to God opening up the gates of Heaven to shower down a great rain of revival and transformation upon mankind.

Now, there’s a strong relationship between the River inside you and the Rain manifesting upon you, I discovered that many times we believers don’t realize how much we need the rain of the Holy Spirit, we think the River in us is enough but the truth is, the river in you needs the rain for it to fully flow and bless many lives, you can’t compare what will happen through you when it rains upon you from above with when you only minister from the anointing within. When it rains, this is when you will stretch forth your hands and issue a declaration and thousands of people will get healed instantly, this is when hundreds of people will give their lives to Christ just through a 20 minutes gospel sermon, this is when miracles happen even before you finish praying for people, this is when there’s an EXPLOSION of God’s Power in the midst of His people such that there are several manifestations of deliverances, victories and spiritual gifts. When it rains is when we can say there’s Revival, this is when heaven and earth collides together and every soul is blessed.

In reality, you will discover that the way a river flows when it is raining or had just rained is different from when it never rained, God wants every believer of this end time to live, function and minister under OPEN HEAVEN, there’s always a refreshing, rejoicing and great glory when it rains. If you do hear from God, I will like to inform you that when it rains, you will hear from him very expressly! If you pray in tongues, I can assure you that when it rains you will pray in powerful tongues of angels! The heavenly Rain is going to bring out the fullness of the glory of God inside you, this is when the forces of Heaven arise to fight your battles and defeat your enemies. If every every minister of God minister under a divine rain and every church meeting holds under the heavenly rain, then it wouldn’t take a year before the whole world will surrender to the Kingdom of Christ and serve the living God.

THE LORD SHOWED ME A SECRET OF HOW WE CAN GET THIS DIVINE RAIN TO FLOOD THE WHOLE EARTH, WHAT IS THIS SECRET? — IT IS UNITY. THE LORD SAID IF ALL CHRISTIANS CAN UNITE TOGETHER IN SPIRIT AND IN FAITH, THEN WE WOULD HAVE CREATED A PLATFORM FOR HIM TO RAIN HEAVILY UPON!!

LET US CONNECT OUR RIVERS TOGETHER, LET US HOLD HANDS AND PRAY TOGETHER – THE GREATER THE RIVER, THE GREATER THE RAIN AND THE GLORIOUS THE VISITATION FROM HEAVEN!!! Amen.
